The membership fee is valid for 365 days from the date of payment.

How to use the ELMO membership platform

1. Create your registration profile – only in case you do not have profile from previous years.
2. Logging in on the right upper corner by using the email address you have been informed to use.
3. Password will be sent to your email address when attempting for the first time. Password can be changed at your profile after log-in.
4. Select the membership fee, add the Invoice details and confirm the order
5. Pre-order invoice will be sent to your email and available at “orders” on your profile.
6. You can pay by card directly from the system or pay by PayPal. You can easily change the language of the payment gateway by clicking on the flag icon in the bottom left corner.
7. In case of any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our secretariat at secretariat@eulm.org.
8. If you forget your password, please type your email to log in and then choose re-send the password.

Payment methods

Bank transfer/Credit Card/ PayPal

All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR). Bank charges are to be settled by the payee. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be at your disposal in your personal page after login in to registration system.

Important information for payments by credit card
Due to the increased payment security measures followed by several banks around the world, you may be prompted to answer increased security questions, either to proceed with a transaction or to verify an initially declined transaction. It may also be advisable to try a different card in case your initial attempt is not successful.

Cancellation policy

Written notification, sent to the Secretariat is required for any cancellation or change to your selected services. Refunds will be made as follows (according to the postmark on the notice of cancellation):

• Up to and including 30 days of the transaction payment: 80% refund
• After 31 days of the transaction date and onwards: No refund will be granted.

All refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation date and minus the Bank charges.

As an ELMO Member, you agree to the Code of Ethics.

Breaches of the codes can lead to an immediate exclusion of the member after evaluation by the ELMO Board.
