Dr Martyna Kosciesza graduated from Warsaw Medical University in 2013. After graduation, she worked in a variety of medical settings, including operation theater, intensive care unit, rehabilitation clinic and psychiatric hospital in Poland and Switzerland.
Her personal and professional life intersected when she discovered her deep passion for Lifestyle Medicine. Having personally witnessed and experienced the powerful impact of this field, she decided to fully commit to this career path.
In addition to her medical training, Dr Martyna Kosciesza is also a yoga teacher, with a particular focus on stress management.
This unique combination of medical background and holistic practices gives her a broad perspective on wellness.
She is a resident of Switzerland since 2019.
